KYC (Compliance) Specialist

What will you be doing as a Compliance/KYC Specialist?
- Support property transactions by completing identification, verification and operational risk checks in line with HMRC guidelines and internal Standard Operating Procedures
- Engage with clients and stakeholders by phone and email to progress cases, chase outstanding information and drive timely completions
- Review risk profile outcomes and escalate suspicious activity or high-risk cases where appropriate
- Follow structured workflows and processes consistently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work effectively within a fast-paced, process-driven operational environment and managing workload to meet turnaround expectations
- Support colleagues with compliance-related queries and escalating issues to the KYC Team Leader where required
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in to property-based compliance, KYC, conveyancing support or administration
- Proven ability to work to KPIs, SLAs, productivity targets, or turnaround times
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, process-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident following structured processes and SOPs consistently
- Strong communication skills with experience in outbound contact and stakeholder engagement, alongside excellent customer service and a professional telephone manner
