With over 12 years of experience in recruitment, Lucy leads the management and delivery of our in-house recruitment service, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent across the business. She plays a crucial role in supporting iampropertys ambitious growth plans by developing and implementing a robust recruitment strategy that aligns with our long-term goals.

Sophie Harland, Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor
Sophie leads the attraction and recruitment of Auction Specialists across iamproperty and supports our Auction Sales Academy. Working closely with Sales leaders, she identifies high-performing individuals with the skills, drive and personality to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Sophie is passionate about finding the right talent to fuel our growth.

Step 1: Submit your application

Step 2: Wait for our call
A member of the Recruitment team will make contact with you typically within 48 hours to discuss your application, assess your skillset and experience and talk through your career aspirations.
Step 3: We want to meet you
After your initial chat with the team, if we feel iamproperty is the right fit for you, we will invite you to take part in a formal assessment process – the beauty being all interviews can be done remotely, so you can relax at home where necessary!
Step 4: Decision time
For you, the hard bit is over. Now the team will make a decision based on your level of experience – we will feedback to you regardless of the outcome so you have constructive feedback to take forward.
