Lucy Sixsmith, Talent Acquisition Manager
Lucy is responsible for the management and delivery of our in-house recruitment service. Lucy loves the autonomy provided at iamproperty where you can really shape and mould your career, as well as working with passionate and inspiring role models across the group, challenging the status quo.
Lucy Lyall, Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor
Lucy primarily focuses on recruitment for our Auction Sales Training Academy and is always on the lookout for experienced Sales professionals in the property industry to join our journey. Lucy loves the fast-paced, unique culture at iamproperty, one that is very easy to promote and share with candidates!
Sophie Harland, Talent Acquisition Advisor
Sophie looks after recruitment for our Business Support teams, resourcing and securing UK-wide talent. Sophie loves the fast-paced nature of iamproperty and being part of an ever-growing company.

Step 1: Submit your application

Step 2: Wait for our call
A member of the Recruitment team will make contact with you typically within 48 hours to discuss your application, assess your skillset and experience and talk through your career aspirations.
Step 3: We want to meet you
After your initial chat with the team, if we feel iamproperty is the right fit for you, we will invite you to take part in a formal assessment process – the beauty being all interviews can be done remotely, so you can relax at home where necessary!
Step 4: Decision time
For you, the hard bit is over. Now the team will make a decision based on your level of experience – we will feedback to you regardless of the outcome so you have constructive feedback to take forward.
