Whitegates Estate Agents is a Residential Sales and Lettings Agent, that has been operating across the North of England for over 40 years. We spoke with James Lacken, Associate Director of Whitegates Sefton branch, to find out about his experience working with iamproperty and how this has helped to accelerate the success of his business.

The big wins..

“We had a property on the market for around £95,000, that wasn’t getting any interest at all, so following conversations with the seller, we were able to list that property for auction, with a starting bid of £75,000. As a result of the live auction, the property sold for £92,500, with the price going right back up to something that we couldn’t even achieve on the market. The seller left both iamproperty and Whitegates a five-star review.”
