How it works
1. Onboarding Specialist offers Premium Conveyancing as part of onboarding
Your Onboarding Specialist will identify opportunities and offer the service on your behalf. This can also be used as a USP in the front room.
2. Client accepts service
The client is sent the Premium Conveyancing agreement via the Onboarding Specialist, the Conveyancer is selected and instructed via movebutler.
3. Marketing clauses
The agent is notified and is instructed to add the marketing clause to portals, listings, and all marketing information about the available Premium Conveyancing Pack and associate costs.
4. Welcome pack
Our Conveyancing service, Medway Law, sends out a client care letter and orders Searches. The vendor will complete the remainder of the Pack via their movebutler client portal.
5. Pack produced
Once the client care letter and Searches are returned, and vendor has completed their forms, the Pack is complete.
6. Before accepting the offer
The vendor can request for the buyer to cover the cost of the Premium Conveyancing Pack. Buyers should consider the cost of the Pack when submitting their offer.
7. Agreement and notification
Once the buyer’s offer is accepted and they agree to pay for the Pack on completion, they sign an agreement. The agent can then issue the Memorandum of Sale once the buyer instructs their Conveyancer.
8. Pack sent to Solicitor
The Premium Conveyancing Pack will then be sent to the buyers Solicitor.
