What will you be doing as a Agent & Business Support Administrator
You will support the onboarding of new Partner Agents and help existing agents with administrative queries, ensuring files progress smoothly through the Auction Journey. Working closely with Sales, Compliance/KYC teams, and Partner Agents, you will take ownership of a pipeline of cases, ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant, and ready for marketing as efficiently as possible.
- You will support the onboarding of new Partner Agents, ensuring all required documentation and information is collected and processed accurately.
- Act as a key point of contact for Partner Agents, providing administrative support and guidance throughout the Auction Journey.
- Manage and progress a pipeline of files, working closely with Sales, Compliance/KYC teams, and Partner Agents to resolve outstanding requirements and move cases to marketing promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor case progress, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep files moving.
- Identify recurring issues, delays, and opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall Partner Agent experience.
What are we looking for?
- Strong administrative experience within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple files, tasks, and priorities simultaneously.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, ensuring information, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
- A confident communicator who can build effective working relationships with Partner Agents and internal stakeholders, proactively chasing updates and resolving queries.
- A proactive and solutions-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work to deadlines and confidently use CRM systems, trackers, and other business platforms.
