Careers Insight Week at iamproperty - Not Your Typical Work Experience!

Spend a week at our central Newcastle office and see what life is really like inside a company that’s reshaping the UK property market. You’ll try tasks across different teams, meet people from all areas of the business, and start building confidence in your own abilities.

This week is designed to spark curiosity, encourage questions, and help you uncover career ideas you may never have considered. It’s a hands-on, modern work experience that gives you a front-row seat to how a fast-growing company operates.

Who are iamproperty?

iamproperty is a leading property technology company on a mission to modernise and transform the UK property market. From day one, the business has focused on doing things differently, challenging traditional ways of working and bringing speed, transparency, and security to the home buying and selling process.

Founded in 2009 by Jamie Cooke and Ben Ridgway, iamproperty launched the multi award-winning iamsold, pioneering the Modern Method of Auction (MMoA). Today, iamproperty provides a market-leading ecosystem of solutions, from CRM to auctions, onboarding, conveyancing, and more, trusted by thousands of estate agent partners across the UK.

What Are We Looking For?

• The programme is specifically for students in Years 10–12 who are in full-time education.
• We are looking for curious and enthusiastic students who are interested in learning about our industry and gaining insight into a fast-paced, modern business.
• You will need to be able to commute to our Head Office in Newcastle and be available to commit to the full week Monday 13th – Friday 17th July 2026, 9:00–17:00.

What Will You Be Doing?

• You will spend a week on-site with our Head Office team, gaining hands-on experience across key departments, including HR, Technology, Marketing, Legal, and Sales.
• Guided by a dedicated mentors, you’ll be actively involved in daily operations, ensuring a well-rounded experience.
• Additionally, you’ll take part in structured sessions focused on practical skills, such as CV writing, interview techniques, and teamwork, to further support your professional development.
