Relationship Manager

What will you be doing as a Relationship Manager?
- Manage and retain a portfolio of iamproperty software clients, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term success.
- Drive client engagement by promoting best practice and maximising the value they gain from our software solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client partnerships through additional iamproperty products and services.
- Lead contract renewal discussions and negotiate terms to maintain positive, ongoing relationships.
- Collaborate with product, training, and support teams to ensure client feedback influences development and is actioned promptly.
- Understand client needs and processes to deliver a tailored, solution-led approach.
- Proactively identify training needs to boost user knowledge, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Monitor usage levels, manage licence requirements, and ensure software performance aligns with client goals.
- Represent iamproperty as a trusted partner, delivering outstanding service across all communications and client interactions.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, Sales, or Training
- Background in estate agency, conveyancing, or proptech sectors.
- Proven success managing B2B relationships, ideally in property, conveyancing, or related services.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Confident communicator, capable of presenting findings and recommendations clearly.
- Experience collaborating with data/reporting teams to ensure accuracy and insight generation.
- Ability to train, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.

This is a hybrid-role with travel across the UK required on a regular basis.
Basic salary £35,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £40K) plus car allowance.
