What will you be doing as a Business Support Administrator (Legal)

As a  Business Support Administrator you will  provide day-to-day administrative support to our Auction Pack and Conveyancing teams. You’ll ensure smooth operations, high-quality service, and accurate handling of legal and administrative tasks for our customers and partner agents.

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient departmental operations.

  • Manage daily tasks to meet service obligations and deadlines.

  • Maintain high quality and accuracy in all documentation and processes.

  • Prepare, distribute, and manage incoming/outgoing post, including confidential materials.

  • Draft and handle legal documentation for the Conveyancing Team.

  • Professionally liaise with clients, partner agents, and colleagues via phone, email, and in person.

  • Maintain accurate computer and manual filing systems.

  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with strong initiative.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload accurately and efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; willing to learn company systems.

  • Team player who builds rapport with colleagues, clients, and partners and acts as a professional ambassador for the company.
