Sales Academy
The Sales Academy provides training through our full customer journey, giving insight into auction models, processes, sales skills and market knowledge. The two week program caters for people at all levels of skills and knowledge. Sessions are interactive, filled with activities and discussion, giving everyone an opportunity to share their own knowledge and experience within the group. The aim of the programme is to get you off to the best start and set you up for a successful career.

I’ve been with iamproperty for nearly 10 years! I started off in Sales Progression and when Medway Law launched, I jumped at the opportunity to become a Conveyancing Assistant. I was promoted to Auction Pack Team Leader and then to my current position of Auction Pack Team Manager. I was lucky enough to gain sponsorship from the company to study Level 4 and Level 6 Diplomas in Conveyancing Law and Practice. In 2021 I passed my last exam and became a Licensed Conveyancer. I cannot thank the company enough for giving me that opportunity. My team has grown massively during my time here, there are now over 30 colleagues in the team and that number keeps increasing. I really enjoy being part of a friendly, busy, successful team. At iamproperty, the ethos is that of support and encouragement, we are like one big family!

Within my first year with the company, I helped my partner branches generate over £1.2 million pound of income and set a company record of £185,000 income in a single month. I wake up looking forward to work every day and this is a because of the supported team structure and fantastic company benefits.

This has now expanded during and after the pandemic, and we now have a team of 36, including 3 Team Leaders (one being myself) and 3 Senior Paralegals. I thoroughly enjoy working at Medway Law and my career to date has been extremely rewarding. I enjoy the fast pace and the challenges each day brings. No two days are ever the same.
