TPFG choose iamproperty’s Marketing Toolkit solution to boost conversions in 2026

We’re delighted to share that our relationship with The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) is expanding.  

TPFG, the UK’s largest multi-brand lettings and Estate Agency franchising group, will be adopting our Marketing Toolkit lead gen platform, inclusive of the Market Appraisal module, across its sales brands including Hunters, Whitegates and Mullucks. 

TPFG first became a Partner Agent in 2013, working with us as an auction provider. In 2021, the partnership evolved to include the roll out of iamproperty’s movebutler for AML and digital onboarding.  

In this latest move, TPFG has contracts for 142 branches to adopt the Marketing Toolkit and Market Appraisal solution. The strategic shift is intended to increase valuation opportunities and conversions in the front room, boosting revenue as well as adopting a centralised lead gen solution for the group.
