We pioneered an innovative fixed 56-day online auction method – the Modern Method of Auction – to bring a fast, secure, transparent way of online bidding to thousands of people, taking much of the risk out of the auction process and transforming it from a “last port of call” into a solution which consumers could trust and more easily understand.

Experienced leadership team with deep sector expertise
Spotting a gap in the market for an improved house/property buying and selling process, in 2009 iamproperty co-founders Jamie Cooke and Ben Ridgway launched a cutting-edge digital property auction service. We have come a long way since then, but Jamie and Ben’s entrepreneurial flair lies at the heart of our culture to this day. As we have grown, we have a built a strong Board and senior management team with proven expertise.
