Alongside in-branch training all our agents get access to our Success Hub. This is where you can enjoy bite-sized training and support to help you grow your auction service, win in your role and accelerate your own success.
We recently connected with two of our Partner Agents who are utilising the training available to them on the Success Hub. We spoke to them to find out if they find it useful, how they access it and if it’s a beneficial tool for them.
“The platform is super easy to navigate and there is lots of different content, depending on what you are looking for. I personally found the ‘Modern Method of Auction in 5 minutes’ training very useful. It provided a quick refresher on Auction for me, which I needed at the time”.
“Absolutely yes. Most of the videos are no longer than 5 minutes and you have some that are just over 2 minutes. Even though they are short, the videos still provide an excellent level of information that is useful in your day-to-day job.”
It means that I don’t have to block out hours out of my diary for training, I can do it at my own pace and when I have 5/10 minutes here or there is enough to get some learning in.
