Accelerating Agent Success- Nicola Astley, Robert Watts Estate Agents, West Yorkshire
iamproperty offers a number of benefits and speeds up the process at the same time as taking some of the pressure off us. We can get involved if we need to but know that if we don’t, the system and the relevant teams can assist.
Robert Watts are an Estate Agency based in West Yorkshire, who have been helping buyers, sellers, renters and landlords in Bradford, Kirklees and Calderdale regions for over 40 years.
Officer Manager, Nicola Astley said: “iamproperty has simple processes and helpful teams who are always on hand to assist with any queries. All the team at iamproperty feel like an extension of our team. We have regular calls and emails from Charlotte and the team, and we can always ring with any questions. It’s also helpful when the teams speak to clients and say they are calling from Robert Watts.
“Working with iamproperty saves us time, as auction and movebutler compliance are on the same platform, so they can be accessed easily. movebutler allows us to access updates without having to ring solicitors and the notifications and updates we get via email are also useful.
“The Part A and the Legal Prep modules help us to succeed by speeding up the process. Part A is relatively easy to complete and provides useful information to us which helps when we are marketing the property. If the Legal Prep part is also completed, contracts and supporting documents can been issued as soon as a buyer is found.
“We recently completed on a sale where the vendors opted to get “Sales Ready” and this completed in 29 days after the offer was accepted. Usually if Part A and Part B have been completed, the contracts can be issued on the same day that we instruct solicitors.”
