iamproperty acquires the ValPal network to expand Estate Agent lead generation and property technology ecosystem.

iamproperty has acquired The ValPal Network in a trade deal, for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition marks a significant step forward in our mission to transform the property sector with our ecosystem of technology for Estate Agents, which now delivers solutions across the entire buying, selling and lettings journey, including auction, onboarding, compliance (including Material Information), conveyancing, lead generation and CRM. Together, these solutions accelerate agents’ success, making speed and security possible for every type of UK property transaction.

The acquisition of The ValPal Network is a key milestone in our ecosystem roadmap and will further enhance iamproperty’s growing lead generation offering to agents, alongside our comprehensive Marketing Toolkit and recently launched Market Appraisals module, giving agents more ways to generate leads and win instructions.

Established over a decade ago, The ValPal Network is a recognised leader in the automated valuation space, and currently powers over a million valuation leads each year for over 4,000 UK estate agency partners. ValPal Pro, the flagship solution within The ValPal Network, uses the latest AI technology to contact and nurture a client’s vendor and landlord leads, generated by the ValPal tool on their website, in real-time. Its AI-driven responsiveness collects key information, qualifies prospects and prioritises the most motivated sellers, reducing manual effort and helping agents secure more valuation appointments faster. The platform responds to new leads within seconds and continues to engage unresponsive vendor leads through a 12-month nurture cycle, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
