With Parts B & C moving closer to launch, we spoke with Beth Rudolf about what will be expected of agents, the dangers of non-compliance and how technology can support in easing the transition.
Celebrating reaching 4,000 Estate Agents in our Partner Network
We are thrilled to have hit the major milestone of working with 4,000 Estate Agents as part of our Partner Agent Network. Over the last 12 months, we have added over 1000 branches to our network and announced key industry partnerships with Countrywide, eXp UK and Arun Group to name a few. We have also continued to grow our longstanding relationships with The Guild and The Property Franchise Group (TPFG).
In 2021 we launched movebutler as the UK’s first end-to-end moving platform which combines upfront material information, AML compliance and financial and legal preparation to help our Partner Agents save time and increase revenues. Since its launch in May 2021, more than 730 Estate Agents are now using iamproperty movebutler to manage onboarding and sales progression, saving hundreds of hours per week in admin time.
Celebrating our relationship with more than 4,000 Estate Agent branches across the UK, we continue to grow our UK reach with our recent acquisition of VTUK, adding a further 300 Agents to our Partner Network. VTUK offers a cloud-based property CRM software platform that aims to create a seamless experience for Estate Agents to fully automate their day-to-day operations.
The growth of our Partner Network has not only been driven by more Agents using multiple services within the iamproperty group to build efficiencies in their business, but through an increased demand for auction. In 2021, the capital value raised by our online auction service alone hit £804m, a 54 per cent increase on the previous year.
