Junior Software Engineer

What will you be doing as a Junior Software Engineer
As a Junior Front-End Software Engineer, you will design and build low-complexity, user-friendly front-end solutions. You’ll work closely with product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver clean, high-quality code that enhances our digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain low-complexity front-end features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers
- Troubleshoot, debug, and support live software issues
- Review your own work and apply peer feedback to improve code quality
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Monitor progress and report on development tasks
- Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and trends
What are we looking for?
- Around 1–2 years’ experience in a front-end or software development role
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with front-end frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to manage tasks, prioritise work, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
