Sales Support Specialist

What will you be doing as a Sales Support Specialist –
You will play a key role in ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently to support our Sales team and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Instructing the Sales Team once all pre-checks are complete, including:

Verifying buyer and seller ID

Reviewing Reservation Agreements

Ensuring all details (e.g., solicitor info, proof of funds, compliance checks) are accurate and complete
Handling contract-back tasks:

Chasing property details from branches
-
Conducting enhanced AML checks where necessary
Keeping in regular contact with branches and customers to ensure everything is in place to move the property file through the auction process seamlessly.
Supporting the Sales Team with:

General admin tasks
-
Preparing monthly PowerPoint Sales Board Packs

Tracking and collating monthly agent incentives
Maintaining data accuracy, following compliance procedures, and avoiding admin errors.
Mentoring new team members and sharing your knowledge and best practices.
What are we looking for?

- Proactive attitude with solid problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and an openness to learning new systems
- A team-first mindset and professionalism when dealing with clients and external partners
