Internal Relationship Manager (Independent)

What will you be doing as a Internal Relationship Manager   

  • Manage relationships with a defined group of estate agents to drive growth in auction revenue
  •  Maximise opportunities through regular contact and online coaching with partner branches
  • Deliver onboarding and success programmes to new and existing partner agents
  • Conduct virtual training sessions to raise awareness of auction and wider group products
  • Build strong, professional relationships with partner agents at all levels
  • Manage your diary effectively to meet appointment and service level targets
  • Work with the AS team to deliver training for smaller opportunity partner wins
  • Produce and share case studies to showcase success and support sales activity
  • Represent iamproperty professionally via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, determination and a proactive approach to achieving key objectives
  • Provide launch training to new lower-opportunity business partners on a rota basis

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the property sector
  • Preferably experienced in account management
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering strong results
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to inspire and energise others
  • Confident in coaching and motivating estate agents to promote services and win more business
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable delivering engaging sessions to varied audiences across all formats
  • Able to build trust and confidence with stakeholders at all levels within a business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Capable of working remotely while staying connected with the wider team and keeping others informed on progress, successes, and any challenges
