What will you be doing as an Onboarding Specialist?

  • Lead the end-to-end client onboarding process, acting as the main point of contact from kick-off to go-live.
  • Manage timelines and project milestones to ensure smooth delivery of data migration, configuration, training and launch.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activity, resolving issues and keeping communication clear and aligned.
  • Oversee system setup and data migration, ensuring quality, accuracy and readiness ahead of training delivery.
  • Work closely with the Training team to plan and prepare relevant sessions, supporting delivery when required.
  • Proactively track progress, manage client expectations and swiftly address any challenges.
  • Complete a thorough handover to Customer Success and gather feedback to support continuous improvement of onboarding processes.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years’ experience in onboarding, implementation or customer service within SaaS, CRM or PropTech
  • Experience coordinating or supporting training delivery, with understanding of CRM setup and data migration
  • Familiarity with estate agency or lettings software and tools such as Zendesk or monday.com
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple onboarding projects at once
  • Able to adapt and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator skilled at building relationships with both clients and internal teams
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive and focused on finding solutions
  • Comfortable working with data, systems and CRM platforms
