What will you be doing as a Senior Paralegal

As a Senior Paralegal you will prepare auction packs, ensuring compliance with strict timeframes. You'll review registered and unregistered title documents, property searches, and other key information to facilitate seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of ~100 properties, ensuring timely and accurate auction pack completion.
  • Review land registry documents, title deeds, and pre-contract searches to identify potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with CLC regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise confidently with clients, partner agents, and legal teams.
  • Identify title defects, draft statements of truth/statutory declarations, and flag potential legal concerns.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and attend relevant training.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years conveyancing experience (registered/unregistered, leasehold, freehold, commercial).
  • Strong office management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage heavy workloads.
  • Team player who can mentor junior colleagues.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic and analytical approach.
