We’ve taken big strides to support our industry and our people, and just like our innovation journey, we’re on a journey with our ESG strategy too. We’re always looking at ways to improve how we do things, especially the innovation and best practice we can lead to increase the positive impact we make.

Our people

Our people are the most important part of our story, so we do things differently. We’re committed to building an inclusive culture where our team can thrive, enabled by a flexible, modern working environment filled with opportunity.

We do this by engaging our team at every level with employee NPS and engagement surveys to understand where we can improve, diversity and inclusion ranking to ensure we provide the best opportunities for everyone, and through our commitment to L&D which drives our innovative approach to careers and learning.

About us

Raising industry standards

We put people at the heart of our technology. We continue to pioneer best practice within our industry, with compliance and transparency that puts consumers front and centre.

After introducing new industry best practice standards around The Modern Method of Auction, we strive for 100% of our Partner Agent network to adhere to UK best practice standards in everything they do.

We track this through our Partner Agent NPS surveys and consumer reviews, to understand how standards are being met and how the industry can do things better.

Climate conscious choices

Our aim is to be Net Zero by 2030, by continuously re-designing how we work, our office and working spaces and how we service our clients, implementing a digital first approach and striving for net zero carbon emissions.

Charity

We give back. Putting the decision in the hands of our team, we ask them to choose which charities we support, and how we can work together to make a meaningful impact for the causes closest to their hearts.

Supporting our local communities

Tiny Lives

Our charity partner is Tiny Lives, a charity dedicated to special care babies.

There to support premature and sick newborn babies and their families, Tiny Lives help families when they need it the most. They offer a safety net for parents who have entered a world completely out of their control, supplying funds, equipment and staff specialists to the RVI Neonatal Unit in Newcastle upon Tyne.

So far this year we have raised thousands of pounds to support the charity through a range of fundraising activities, as well as volunteering to support Tiny Lives’ events.
