As co-Founder, Ben has overseen our group's expansion from a primarily-auction focused business into a digital ecosystem of integrated property solutions, such as Conveyancing, Compliance and CRM. Ben’s main role and passion is to explore new opportunities to further develop our businesses, investing in class-leading people and technologies that will allow us to stay ahead of the competition.

As co-Founder, Jamie has driven expansion into new markets whilst positioning iamproperty as the go-to platform for next-generation property transactions. Jamie’s main focus is the day-to-day operations of iamsold, the UKs largest and fastest growing auction provider, where he works to empower agents to manage their business more efficiently while delivering a great experience to their customers.

Michele joined iamproperty in 2019 to lead and grow the group’s Marketing function. The group's bold vision and her passion for pushing boundaries, means Michele takes every opportunity to work with the teams to transform the industry for the benefit of agents and consumers. Michele is an experienced senior leader with a strong strategic marketing and commercial background.

Lee joined iamproperty in 2020, entering the business with a 20+ year career in senior leadership within insurance, energy and property industries. Lee is passionate about developing people, bringing his strong coaching methodology and history of achieving high employee engagement. His experience includes working with some of the UK’s largest property owners, developers and Letting agents.

Vicky has over two decades of HR experience, specialising in developing and implementing successful people-centric strategies, having worked with many well-known brands. Vicky ensures people remain at the heart of everything we do by fostering collaboration and keeping everyone motivated. As Director of People, Vicky will drive our five-year people strategy as we continue to grow our team.

Eoghan joined iamproperty in 2016, instantly making an impact on the company’s financial direction as Group Financial Director. Today, Eoghan is responsible for all Finance, Insurance, Commercial, Legal and Compliance activity. He helps to steer the company as it scales rapidly and pursues new growth opportunities in response to rising demand for iamproperty's class-leading services and solutions.

Tom joined iamproperty in 2024 as Group Finance Director, having previously held senior finance roles in private equity backed and publicly listed e-commerce businesses. He is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the finance department including audit, tax and banking processes as well as forecasting and financial modelling.

Neil joined iamproperty in 2022 as CTO at a pivotal time for the business. Neil has an extensive background in managing technology and IT infrastructure for large scale businesses. His focus is on delivering leading products and exceptional customer service; as well as providing technical leadership and helping to build iamproperty’s cutting-edge ecosystem of integrated property solutions.

With over 20 years of technology experience, Hayley has held various roles in software engineering across startups and global organisations in banking, aviation, consultancy, travel, hospitality, and property. She is committed to building high-performing teams that deliver strategic solutions to drive business value and works closely with our Partner Agents to tackle industry challenges.

Mark brings a track record of scaling disruptive businesses with technology at their heart. During his career, he was Managing Director of eBay UK, scaling the online auction business to become a major force in UK retail; Retail Director on the board of John Lewis; and CEO of MoneySupermarket Group plc. He is a Non-Executive Director for both Santander UK and Direct Line.
