In Q3, we achieved our best-performing quarter in 15 years. Our Partner Agent network sold nearly half a billion pounds’ worth of property through our Auction platform, with a 15% increase in Capital Value compared to the previous quarter. September was a standout month, with over 1,000 properties sold for the first time, contributing to a 23% rise in fees paid to Partner Agents compared to Q3 of last year.
