Terms & Conditions:

  1. Summary
1 person will win holiday vouchers worth £150 and a glow up bundle for their estate agency worth £50. These terms and conditions apply.
  1. Eligibility
    • Entrants must not be employed by, or be in the immediate family of a person who is employed by, a member of iamproperty or any other company associated with the prize draw.
    • Entrants must be working as an Estate Agent in the UK, or have a position within an Estate Agency branch in the UK.
    • Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
  2. How to enter
    • Entrants must enter via completing and submitting the competition form on the iamproperty website.
    • Entrants can enter multiple times.
    • Entrants must enter between 24/06/25 and 05/08/25.
  3. The draw
    • The winner will be chosen at random and notified via email no later than 19/08/25.
  4. The prize
    • One person will win holiday vouchers worth £150 and a glow up bundle for their estate agency worth £50.
    • When the winner is notified that they have won, they will be asked for the postal address of their estate agency and preferred email address. The glow up bundle will be sent via post and the holiday vouchers will be sent via email.
    • iamproperty reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
    • The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered.
  5. Administrative
    • iamproperty accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, or damaged, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure.
    • The winner will be notified by email in response to their entry.
    • iamproperty’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    • Participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. iamproperty reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone where these terms and conditions have been breached.
    • iamproperty reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
    • The prize draw will be governed by English Law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
