Welcoming VTUK to the iamproperty Group

We’re delighted to announce that iamproperty have acquired cloud-based property software business VTUK in a trade deal that will see the businesses come together to continue to modernise the property sector.

The deal forms a key part of our continued mission to modernise the property sector and to further develop solutions and services for Estate Agents that have speed and security at their heart. Solutions that save agents time and support them to drive efficiencies and revenues in their business.

Who are VTUK?

VTUK offers functionality-rich CRM solutions including a cloud-based property CRM software platform. The platform creates a seamless and intuitive experience that enables agents to fully automate their day-to-day operations. The business aligns with our portfolio at iamproperty Group and creates further opportunity for innovation and development.

Established in 1989 by founder Peter Grant, Oxfordshire-based VTUK works with over 300 Estate Agencies across the UK and already shares a number of mutual customers with iamproperty.

VTUK’s founder, Peter Grant, leaves behind a well-established leadership team at the helm, headed up by Operations Director Adam Rackham, who has been with the business for over 20 years.

What does this mean for iamproperty?
