It’s an exciting time for iamproperty as we announce our future innovation strategy and vision, which will support us as we continue our commitment to transforming the property market and pioneering next gen agency solutions.

This next era of innovation will see us deliver an integrated ecosystem of solutions that will enable Estate Agents to manage their whole day, with everything under one roof, one central login and a one partner relationship.



More choice and control

The iamproperty ecosystem will be an intuitive system that will work flexibly around an agents’ business to give them more choice and control. It will offer a single view of clients and bring more speed and security to every transaction, creating more efficient processes that make agents money, not cost them money.

This multi-year vision will be led by innovation, as we continue to develop our existing market-leading solutions, which include CRM, auction, compliance, onboarding and sales progression, as well as developing new solutions to stay at the forefront of the market and to help agents stay one step ahead.

From day one, our mission has been to modernise the property market. We have a proven track record in pioneering new methods and bringing much-needed speed and security to the industry. We’ve already made big changes to help agents achieve more success, by creating new propositions that have reshaped the market, including our pioneering auction and Private Treaty solutions.
