In the final quarter of 2024, iamproperty achieved a record £11 million raised in fees for Partner Agents, resulting in a 16% increase in year-on-year sales from Q4 2023. Auction is on the rise across the UK, with sales up by 28% in the North and 27% in the South.
Research into the market showed that interest rates had been reduced. This, paired with increased demand for faster completions, helped buyers avoid paying Stamp Duty.
