A lot has happened in 15 years!

We launched our Auction service, iamsold, back in 2009, and now 1% of all UK properties are sold via iamproperty. But we didn’t stop there, there was more we wanted to do to modernise the property market, so in 2021 we launched our end-to-end onboarding solution, movebutler. And in 2024, we launched iamproperty CRM and iamproperty Marketing Toolkit.

We’re so proud of what we’ve achieved together with our Partner Agents, but we’re far from finished. Our vision is to lead the market with an integrated ecosystem of solutions, so agents have one partner relationship and everything under one roof to enable them to accelerate their success.
