We’ve expanded our tenant referencing options with our latest integration with Vision+. This includes integrations to HomeLet and LetAlliance, 2 industry leading referencing solutions. With these, you’ll be able to reduce double entry and process reference checks within our CRM by sending all relevant tenancy data at the click of a button.
And as the checks are progressed all the key milestones will be available within our CRM, and the completed report will be added to the prospective tenants’ documents. So, you don’t need to leave the CRM to fully complete your referencing checks.
HomeLet and LetAlliance are part of Barbon Insurance Group, offering value add services to letting agents across the UK. Partnering with some 6,500 agents, the group has worked to revolutionise the tenant referencing space, using their market leading VISTA and Vision + systems to carry out real time affordability assessments of tenants and guarantors. The group also provides rent guarantee insurance, legal services, phone broadband and media packages, and insurance for tenants and landlords.
“Through the integration with iamproperty CRM, the referencing process is seamless and allows tenancy references to be started, without the need for duplication of tenant data into multiple platforms.” Says Joanna Dickens, Barbon Insurance Group.

Extremely happy with the new referencing integration! Since it has been up and running, I have been using it for every reference and has saved so much time. It definitely makes things easier not having to input all of the information on the referencing page as this automatically pulls across.
