*National Estate Agent Day Photo Competition Terms and Conditions

• The promoter of this competition is iamproperty Ltd.
• The competition is open to UK based estate agency branches.
• To enter, branches must submit a photo celebrating National Estate Agent Day on Wednesday 26 February 2026, following the entry instructions provided by iamproperty.
• Only one entry per branch will be accepted.
• All valid entries will be judged and one winning branch will be selected by iamproperty’s marketing team.
• The prize consists of a restaurant voucher with a maximum total value of £500.
• The voucher will be valid at a local restaurant within a five mile radius of the winning branch.
• The prize is intended to be used for a team meal for five or more members of staff from the winning branch.
• The voucher may not be split, exchanged, transferred or redeemed for individual dining and there is no cash alternative.
• iamproperty reserves the right to request reasonable evidence that the prize has been used in line with these terms.
• The competition opens on Wednesday 26 February 2026 and closes at 23:59 on the same day.
• Entries received before or after this time will not be counted.
• The winner will be notified directly by email within seven days of the competition closing.
• iamproperty Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
• iamproperty Ltd’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering the competition, participants agree that their submitted photo may be used by iamproperty for marketing and promotional purposes across digital and social channels.
