“I had a property that needed probably 20 or £30,000 spending on it as it was a deceased probate property. I had tons and tons of people viewing it. In the end we had 12 bids on the property and were able to get significant value for, the seller. It was a really good one and great for me as well.”

“Being able to offer our vendors the option of Auction, in addition to Private Treaty is really good as it gives me the opportunity to win that client, with most agents not mentioning Auction as an option. As the cost of living continues to bite, vendors are also looking for really keen pricing, so because they’re not paying any fees with Auction, that plays into my book.
“The 56-day completion timeline from issue of the draft contracts also works really well, because vendors know they’re not going to be in danger of the sale falling through with the buyer having paid a non-refundable reservation fee, so they can look forward to a speedier transaction.”
