After an amazing September at Intelligent Services Group, driven by the hard work and dedication of both our people and partners, we would like to take the time to welcome and celebrate all those new to the ISG family. Paul Rosen and Leah Wright both joined ISG and IAM Sold early September; contributing to the company’s success from the get-go.
Paul settled into the role as a Software Developer within the IT team comfortably, commenting that “All the staff I have met so far have made me feel very welcome. I would particularly like to mention my mentor Paul Wilson, who has helped me learn an awful lot about the application and development environment, showing a patient and helpful attitude throughout my learning experience.”
While Paul has developed (no pun intended) very quickly, growing with the ever-expanding IT department, he has successfully participated in “bug clinics” solving problems within the group websites or by providing enhancements to minor system issues. Paul’s ambition and drive have complimented the growth of his team, as he is looking to make a “significant contribution to the improvement of software which supports the activities of the company”.
Leah joined the ISG family and its diverse group of Business Development Managers scattered across the country a month last week, making an immediate impact to the Southern region she operates in. After hearing “good things about the company” she “wasn’t disappointed” mentioning “everyone I came across was very welcomingly but in particular Sarah Bennett and Patrick on the SEPA Sales Team who really helped me settle in.”
One memorable moment for Leah within her first few weeks was that of “shadowing Julian, the Business Development Director for both the South and Midlands, as he did an agent launch, showing clearly his experience through slick presentations”. Furthermore, Leah shadowed our West Midlands BDM Mark Phipps out in the field, who provided “a really good insight into how to get the very best from clients.” leading to her successfully securing “a meeting with a large 15 branch agency”. Finally, Leah commented on her future plans with the ISG family, aspiring to “expand the growth of the London and South auction network and see some great case studies come from the agents I’ve recruited and trained” finishing with a grin “and of course, see some big fees come in from the auction sales”.
With an ever-expanding ISG family and a fantastic group of supporting and caring people, we would like to express our praise to all those new and old, welcoming all future staff as we grow and achieve new heights in the property industry
